Leasing Process

Goldman Realty Company makes the leasing process straight forward and fast, alleviating the frustration commonly experienced when working with other property management companies. 

  • Verbal offer from tenant

  • Submit rental application

  • Prepare Letter of Intent and submit deposit

  • Letter of Intent accepted or rejected – acknowledged with signatures

  • Credit/background check performed

  • Application & Credit Report Review

  • Property Owner accepts tenant

  • Lease preparation – first to Landlord, then to Tenant for review and signatures

  • Final Deposit submitted by tenant to Goldman Realty
