The Process.

  • Consultation - Discuss your needs, desires, and goals. Formulate a plan that works best for you based on knowledge and experience. Remain in contact, providing progress reports in your preferred communication method (phone, text, email, in-person).

  • Pricing - Analyze recently sold properties in order to select an asking price that will help meet your financial and scheduling goals.

  • Marketing - Unique online and offline marketing packages will be customized and designed specifically for your property.

  • Property Showings – buyers and buyer’s agents will be educated on all the distinctive selling points of your property.

  • Negotiate – highly developed negotiating skills are put to use for your benefit.                  

  • Manage Transaction Details – there are 100 pieces of paper, 43 signatures and initials, 150 phone calls to 43 different people from 14 different industries who get involved in the 7 stages of your transaction. Goldman Realty agents are trained to manage this “integrated complexity” with precision.  

  • Inspections – coordinate and review necessary inspections.

  • Repairs – order and oversee necessary repairs.

  • Closing – prepare for a smooth and timely close of escrow.
