Leasing Process.
1. Tenants submit rental application with application fee
2. Applications are reviewed and processed
3. Credit analysis and background check are performed
4. Most qualified tenant is chosen and notified
5. Tenant signs lease papers and submits initial deposit
6. Pre-move-in walk-through is scheduled and performed
7. Tenant moves in
8. Tenant submits Move-In Inspection Report
9. Tenant lives happily ever after knowing that they can call Goldman Realty when a problem arises
